I started distributing with the help of mp3.com, where my music was a big success. I had an artist page there with free music since 2001 under the name Keub. My track “Euphorium” reached as high as #30 on all of the electronic charts while “The Juices are Flowing” reached #42. Other tracks were high in the charts too, and things were really going well.
After mp3.com, I began to seek out another free mp3 site that I could host my music with. I chosed Soundlift. The moderator decided to put my track “Come to Me” as a featured song on the front page of the website. The song really took off as did all my other songs, reaching as high as #3 on the entire most-played chart! I was amazed! Then shortly after, I was contacted by you guys with interest in joining your label, and that was something I couldn’t pass up!
I’ve been writing music since I was about 13 years old. In the beginning, I wrote full sheet music for orchestras with my friend Laurence. Since then, my music has been going through many phases. I started by writing hard techno, then moved on to ambient, and later, synthpop, where I am now.
